FIRST COURSE

Chilled shrimp, scallops, calamari and served over a bed of lettuce in a lemon & olive oil.
Fresh creamy burrata mozzarella with fresh tomatoes and roasted peppers.
Fresh tuna with crushed black pepper served with bed of greens.
Hot Antipasti
Stuffed mushrooms with spinach and cheese served with a white wine sauce and touch of tomatoes.
Eggplant rolled with cheese, with vodka sauce.
Fresh clams with seasoned breadcrumbs.

Pasta
Veal meatballs served w/ rigatoni pasta in plum tomatoes & Italian herbs.
Homemade ricotta ravioli in vodka sauce, garnished with green peas.
With chunks of filet mignon with wild mushrooms, in a Madeira wine.

Chicken breast lightly breaded, pan seared with fresh tomato sauce and fontina cheese.
Chicken breast dipped in parmesan cheese pan seared in lemon white wine sauce garish with scallions.
Veal / Pork
Veal eggplant prosciutto fontina cheese with White wine and a touch of tomatoes
Lighted breaded pork with asparagus and fontina cheese in lemon white wine sauce.
Rib Eye Cut served with wild porcini mushrooms sauce.
Fish
Fresh salmon with scampi sauce.
Fresh Mahi Mahi dipped in egg franchise style with lemon white wine sauce.
